Before You Purchase a POS System

As a full service POS provider, Vision Business Solutions carefully invests time to study and to understand your specific needs and requirements so that we can structure recommendations based on your current and future business needs. We ensure that we conduct a meeting with you and/or your staff to understand your challenges in running your business and the opportunities available for your business to grow. We can provide you with “client specific” demonstrations tailored to your business. We do this by asking you questions regarding challenges and issues you are faced with today and will be faced with in the future. In addition, we will ask about your current business structure and your vision for your business. Based on this information, we will make our recommendations and presentations. We make sure that we take all necessary details into consideration.

During Implementation

Implementation is one of the most important parts of a successful Point of Sale project. We work closely with you to install, set-up, and train you and/or your staff. In order to setup the system to operate with your business in mind, we spend time gathering information that is critical to setting up the system. We gather this information to enable us to tailor the software to your business. We also use our experience with retail and Point of Sale to work with you to setup product structure, inventory handling, customer information gathering and many other issues that are related to setting up the system. We ensure that your system is operating correctly and you and/or your staff are trained effectively. We do not stop there; as a full-service provider of Point Of Sale systems, we offer an option for an on-site specialist for the first day you go live with your POS system to ensure a successful launching. Additionally, we offer the option of more one-on-one training on the POS software at your site, at our office, or online before and after launch.  

After Installation

After your POS System is installed, many various questions can arise once you have worked with the system for a while. We offer the option of more advanced training on-site, online or in our office 1-4 months after installation – this is to ensure that you are properly using the system and utilizing many of its capabilities. The more you learn about the system the more you can harness its power for the benefit of your business.

Our strength is to support you on the continuing challenges of your business by utilizing the POS system and making you and your staff understands the system better in order to help your business in any way POSsible. We highly encourage you to learn the system as much as POSsible; however, sometimes you may still need business support in addition to the technical support. The support is available via phone, email, online and if needed we offer on-site support as well.
